  • I always had and still have the proactive life approach.
  • The school museum is a living, developing organism, you can touch and have a look at everything.

My story

In 1975, after finishing school in Nyrob, I continued to work as a pioneer leader there, and then I was deputy director for educational work for a very long time.

It is interesting for me to work with any students, be it elementary school or seniors. The best years of my work were when I worked with the pioneers. When I ran to work, and red tie fluttered on my chest. And there is no matter how old you are: 20 or 35. The key is that someone waits for you and trusts you. These were the thoughts that helped me to work at the school for many, many years.

In 1986, our school was named after the Hero of the Soviet Union Alexei Florenko. In the same year, the history museum of the school was opened, where I work already for more than 30 years.

At first, the museum was small; about two hundred exhibits; the first of them were pioneer horns, drums, flags, class chronicles. Later the exposition dedicated to the Nyrob soldiers and the Heroes of the Soviet Union of the Cherdyn region appeared.

Today, the museum of the Nyrob School is known far beyond not only the district but also the region. The museum seems to be ordinary, but if you look at the diplomas, you'll see the first, second, third places in various regional, regional and All-Russian reviews and competitions. An essential part of the exhibition is devoted to the history of the school: chronicles, albums, exercise books, letters. When graduates of different years come to the homecoming, they look at photo albums, read essays, review drawings, recall their school years. Children and their parents always come to the school museum. And this is the most important thing.

An exciting time in my work has been repeated since 1994. It is connected with the short word: «Patriot.» In 1994, the military sports club was created, the leader of which I am by this day.

Club «Patriot» is a particular world in our school, that world in which, apart from lessons, there is communication of friends, when these friends give joy to themselves and when they help each other when they keep everybody on the hop. And all this lasts for over 20 years.

At one time we had an active singing group of children, and we went with them to various competitions. Three times they won the Grand Prix at the All-Russian Patriotic Song Contests in Moscow. There have never been professional singers, but jury members said that our children sing with «heart and soul.»

In 1996, at the regional conference in Perm, I heard that in the Perm region in Maysky township there is a search party. We met with the leaders, and in the same year, we went to the Novgorod region for excavations. And now, for 22 years in school, there exists a search party, whose members annually leave for memory watches in the Starorussky district of the Novgorod region.

Several generations have passed through the Patriot. Most graduates have an amazing moral core because they know more than those who just go to classes or hang out on the streets. Today we are going to Cherdyn to «Literary Crossroads» to read the verses of Cherdyn poetess Svetlana Volodina, tomorrow we help to dig potatoes, then we need to get ready and write research papers on Astafyevskie readings in Berezniki. And this never ends.

Now I teach Russian language and literature in two classes — in the eighth and eleventh. Together with teaching I combine educational work. It is interesting for me to work, so nothing is in vain.
